What is your returns policy for your high DPI mouse?
To return an item, it must be in its original condition, with unopened packaging and tags attached, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us first to start a return. If accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior approval won't be accepted. For personal reasons returns, you cover round-trip shipping costs. Items from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Discounts and free items require the return of all purchased items to maintain the benefit. Do you ship high DPI mouse internationally?
Yes, we ship all GravaStar products worldwide. Please find shipping information for your region on our website. Free shipping is available for orders over USD $130 within the continental US, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. What is your warranty policy for mouse with a high DPI?
All GravaStar products are covered under a 12-month limited warranty, which starts on the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or workmanship defects but does not cover loss, wear and tear, accidents, or damages from misuse/abuse, modification, or negligence. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our support team at service@gravatar.com.
What are your shipping policies?
We ship all GravaStar products worldwide. Orders placed within the US will be shipped from our US-based warehouses within 2-3 business days of your order being placed. The typical delivery time in continental US is 5-7 business days for ground shipping, but can occasionally take longer. Hawaii and Alaska deliveries will arrive in around 10 business days. What is your policy on damaged or lost packages?
