All of our products, including every pair of active noise cancelling wireless earbuds, have a 12-month warranty. It begins on the day of purchase, and covers manufacturing defects. If you place your order from within the USA, it’ll ship within 2 to 3 business days and arrive within 5 to 7 business days (except Hawaii and Alaska, which deliver within 10 business days.) Orders over $135 ship free in the continental US, with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
